Purchase Tax


When you buy buy property in Turkey, there are some fixed costs to be paid. During the transaction of title deed, you should consider some transaction expenses such as purchase tax, revolving fund fees, notary public expenses and official translator costs. These payments are made only at once during the purchase of the property. 

Purchase tax should be paid before the completion of formalities which is % 4 of total purchase price. In addition to that there is a revolving fund paid only at once during the purchase. This revolving fund differs every year and announced annually by the government.
